      Core Privacy Commitment: MyDrive Copier does NOT store, inspect, sell, or transmit the contents of your Google Drive files to any third-party server. All file duplication is performed directly and securely via official Google Drive APIs between your Drive instances.
    

1. Introduction

MyDrive Copier ("we", "our", or "the Extension") is a productivity browser extension designed to help users recursively duplicate shared Google Drive folders and structures directly into their own Google Drive storage.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Google Drive Data: We request access to Google Drive API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) solely to read folder structures (filenames, MIME types, file IDs) and issue standard Google Drive copy and folder creation requests on your behalf. We do not download or store your file contents.
Account Identification: We access your basic Google profile email address solely to identify your account for license verification and credit balance management.
Payment Data: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card, CVV, or banking details.
Local Storage: User preferences (e.g. transfer concurrency speed, duplicate handling strategy) are stored strictly locally in your browser via chrome.storage.local.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

MyDrive Copier's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is never shared with third parties, except as required to provide the core service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing and Google Cloud Firestore for credit ledger persistence).

5. Security

We employ standard enterprise security practices. All communications between your extension, Google APIs, and our Stripe webhook listener are encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
